This 10 t/h purified-water system supports beverage production at a factory in Xiamen. The water-contact components are made of sanitary-grade SUS304 stainless steel, and the reverse osmosis units use Huamo membrane elements.
The treatment sequence combines sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, precision filtration and reverse osmosis. Municipal tap water can be used as the feed source; pretreatment is intended to reduce suspended matter, colloids and residual chlorine before the water reaches the membrane system. The installation also includes two-stage reverse osmosis and ozone treatment.
A programmable controller automates operation, including membrane flushing at startup. The system includes startup checks, low-water alarms and power-related protection functions. Final water quality and operating performance depend on feed conditions, system design and maintenance.
