This project provided water-treatment and associated utility equipment for a pilot station in Yangon, Myanmar, approximately 20 nautical miles from the coast. Work began in October 2018 and was completed in January 2019.
The installation included a 400 L/h seawater desalination unit and a 100 t/day integrated wastewater treatment unit. Associated equipment included a 144 t/h diesel-driven seawater fire pump with a 10.8 m shaft, a 6 t/h seawater intake pump, a 6 t/h electric fire pressure-maintenance pump, a 12 t/h domestic water supply pump, an air-source heating system and mobile oily wastewater treatment equipment.
